Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Tips Marketing Services, Corp does with personal information on the aiSearches.ai website. It is written to be read, not to be survived, so it says plainly what happens.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms:
- Free AI Visibility Analysis: company name, business e-mail, website address and industry.
- AI Profile request: company name, website, contact e-mail, and the business details you choose to give us, such as your slogan, year founded, services, what makes you different, awards, competitors and target audience.
If you become a customer we also keep the records needed to deliver and account for your order, including what you bought and when. Payment is handled by PayPal; we never receive or store your card details.
What this site does not do
No cookies. No tracking pixels. No analytics. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We do not load Google Analytics, advertising tags or social-media trackers, and we do not build a profile of you or sell your information to anyone.
Two third parties do see your internet address simply because your browser fetches files from them: Google Fonts (the typeface) and jsDelivr (a small script that makes the page interactive). The explainer video is hosted on this site, not on YouTube or Vimeo, and it does not download until you press play - so no video service is told that you visited, whether or not you watch it.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to deliver what you bought - nothing else. Form submissions are stored by Netlify, who host this site and process submissions on our behalf. We delete enquiry records that do not become customers within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers we need to run the business: Netlify (site hosting and form submissions), PayPal (payments), and our e-mail provider. If you claim your DatabaseEmailer.com data credits, your name and e-mail are shared with that sister company so it can set up your account. We do not sell personal information.
A note on the facts you ask us to publish
The business facts you give us for your AI Profile are published deliberately - that is the point of the service. Please do not include anything you would not want the public, or an AI assistant, to repeat. You review and approve everything before it goes live.
Your choices
Write to Al@DBE.name and we will, within thirty days: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can also ask us to stop e-mailing you at any time, and every marketing e-mail we send has an unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU or UK, our basis for holding this information is your consent when you submit a form and our legitimate interest in replying to you; if you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Security and changes
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. We keep access to submissions limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information. If we change this policy the date at the top changes with it.
