Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this before you buy, because it is short and it is the whole policy.
The one-time $995 package: no refunds once delivered
Your AI Profile is custom work, built from your business's own details. Once we have delivered your files, the $995 is non-refundable.
The only exception: if you change your mind before we begin work, e-mail us and we refund you in full. Work begins when we start building your profile from the details you send us.
In particular, we do not refund because a particular AI assistant did not mention your business. No one can control what an AI system says and we have never claimed to - see "What we cannot promise" in our Terms. What you are buying is the profile, the files, the installation help and the measurement, and those are what we deliver.
If something we delivered is wrong or incomplete - a fact we mistyped, a file that does not work - tell us and we will fix it at no charge. We would much rather put the work right than leave you with something broken.
The $30 monthly plan: cancel any time, no refunds
Cancel whenever you like by e-mailing us, and the plan will not renew. The month you have already paid for runs to its end. We do not charge a cancellation fee, we do not pro-rate part-months, and monthly payments already taken are not refunded.
$99 updates
Refundable in full until we start work on the update. Once the updated files are delivered, non-refundable.
The 25,000,000 data credits
The data credits included with your purchase have no cash value, do not expire, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money - whether or not you have used them.
