Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the aiSearches.ai website and the services you buy from us. Tips Marketing Services, Corp ("we", "us") sells and delivers those services. By buying from us or submitting a form on this site, you agree to what follows. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
What we sell
The AI Discoverability Package is a one-time service costing $995. It includes:
- an AI Fact Sheet page for your business, built from the details you give us, in the structured formats AI assistants read (including JSON-LD);
- a machine-readable
facts.jsonfile and a sitemap entry; - written instructions for installing the files on your own website, and help from us if you get stuck;
- coverage for up to three business websites or locations;
- 25,000,000 data credits at DatabaseEmailer.com (see below).
The optional monitoring plan costs $30 per month. Today it is a report we prepare and e-mail to you each month, plus unlimited updates to your profile files. A self-service dashboard, automated alerts and an API are on our roadmap and are not part of what you are buying today. Anything on this site marked "roadmap" is a statement of intent, not a promise of delivery by any date.
If your details change and you are on the monthly plan, updates are included. If you are not on the monthly plan, updates are $99 each.
What we cannot promise
AI assistants decide for themselves what to say. We publish accurate, structured facts about your business in the formats those systems read, which is the best-understood way to be found and described correctly. We cannot guarantee that any particular AI assistant will mention or recommend you, or that results will continue, and we do not promise any level of traffic, leads or revenue. Answers from AI systems also vary between runs and change over time, which is why our measurements are reported as "mentioned in N of 3 runs" rather than as a single score.
What we need from you
You give us the facts about your business, and you are responsible for their accuracy. You confirm you have the right to publish them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You review and approve the profile before it goes live. We may decline or stop work on content that is unlawful, misleading, or that we consider likely to harm someone.
Delivery
We normally deliver your files within five business days of receiving everything we need from you. Where we host a copy of your fact sheet for you, we do so as a convenience; the intended home for the files is your own website.
The DatabaseEmailer.com data credits
Your purchase includes 25,000,000 data credits at DatabaseEmailer.com, a sister company also owned by Tips Marketing Services, Corp. Credits are issued after payment, are usable against data products on that site, and are yours to use whenever you choose. They do not expire. They are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, and are governed by that site's own terms.
Payment
Payment is taken by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may apply. The monthly plan continues until you cancel it. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms: in short, the $995 is refundable only before we begin work, and is non-refundable once your files are delivered.
Your information and ours
You keep ownership of the facts you give us and of the finished files we deliver for your business. We keep ownership of our templates, methods and the site itself. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limits
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude other warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and changes are not retroactive for work already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
